Tuition Tuition costs for the 2008-2009 school year per child:
The actual Cost Per Pupil (the amount it costs us to educate each child) is $4,319 which is covered by tuition and additional revenues such as fundraisers, Advancement income, and PTO funds. Parents are expected to support our fundraising efforts since every family benefits. Income form student fee pays for a portion of student textbooks, workbooks and consumable materials, special activities, and student supplies and materials.
A $100 deposit per child is required at the time of registration. Balance of student fee ($100 per child) is due June 1st. In the case of withdrawal, these deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Plans
Plan A: Payment in full no
later than June 15th. This entitles the parent to a 2% discount on tuition
only. There is no discount on the student fee. Please note: you may
not prepay one child and choose a monthly plan for other children in
the family. The entire account must be prepaid if you choose this plan. Financial Aid Financial aid is available in the form of school tuition assistance funds. Open to current school families according to specific fund guidelines. Applications are processed by FACTS Grant & Aid. Assessment Deadline: April 1st. Eligibility All Ste Jeanne d'Arc School families who have been registered for at least one year may apply for financial assistance. Financial need must be clearly demonstrated by filling out the request for financial aid form that is available. Only families who qualify for the parish option may apply for parish financial assistance. Non-parish families may apply for aid available through other school sources. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Ste Jeanne d'Arc School for the upcoming school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application by April 1st. Applicants can apply online beginning January 15th at www.factstuitionaid.com. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will provide a self-addressed envelope for you to mail the following information:
Failure to submit all of the necessary information to FACTS Grand & Aid Assessment by the deadline date may result in your family not receiving financial aid or limit the amount given due to incomplete information. |
