“Achievement starts with believing.” – Author Unknown
For over 100 years Ste Jeanne d’Arc School has challenged its students to be the best. The obligations of homework, the standardized testing, a cutting-edge curriculum, rapidly changing technology, parent-partnering and a dedicated faculty and staff all contribute to the commitment to excel and attain our Vision to be one of the best Catholic elementary schools in New England. With our recent U.S. Department of Education 2010 National Blue Ribbon Award, we not only met our goal, we surpassed it. As the above quote states, the achievement begins with believing in who you are, what you offer, how you offer it, and how you are received by those you serve.
We believe that our students are capable of achieving anything they dare attempt. This is evident in what our graduates have accomplished, whether it is attending a prestigious college, earning numerous degrees and accolades, starting their own business, or raising a family. We encourage our students to become who they are meant to be. We accomplish this by offering our students the opportunity to develop their skills and personalities in a setting that encourages them intellectually, morally, spiritually and socially. We offer our students the following: technology including the most current computers and software available along with a SMARTBoard at every grade level; accelerated classes in math, language arts and French; a foreign language program from Kindergarten to grade eight; an athletic program that offers options to students at every grade level; and extracurricular activities that stretch their minds and imagination such as our National Junior Beta Club, Student Council, Destination Imagination and Youth for Christ.
We invite you to contribute to our Annual Fund campaign. Our goal is to raise $100,000. A lofty undertaking, but one we are committed to achieving. Please let us count you among those who believe in our students and the many contributions they make to our community. Our Annual Fund brochure, including our commitment form, is enclosed for you.
We appreciate your generous support and continued belief in our Mission.
