On June 6, 2022, Sarah Comtois '10, was honored with the New England Emmy for most outstanding Director Live or Recorded Live. Congrats Sarah! The New England Emmy “cultivates educational and technical advancements, promotes creative leadership, and recognizes outstanding achievement across the New England TV industries.”

Shannon Bursey '14 recently graduated summa cum laude from Stonehill College with a degree in communications, creative writing, and theater arts. She was also the recipient of the Philip L. Hemingway Senior Award for being a valedictorian of the college's School of Arts. Shannon was also humbled and honored to be chosen as the student speaker at the commencement ceremony. She recited an original poem, which included reflections on the Class of 2022's growth over the past 4 years, our perseverance through the pandemic and other challenges, and encouragement for the future ahead. 

Susritha Kopparapu ‘14 just graduated summa cum lade from Boston University’s Kilachand Honors College as well as the College of Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology specializing in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, and Genetics. This summer she will start working as a software engineer at EnergySage in Boston. 

Sheena Patel '14 also graduated from the Kilachand Honors College and the College of Arts and Sciences with a biology degree.

Congratulations to Kaiden Nobrega '18 on his West Point appointment. We are very proud of you and your accomplishments to achieving your goals! The United States Military Academy is one of the most prestigious in the country accepting only 12% of the applicants. Read the full story here.

Natalia Flores '18 was the only student in Massachusetts and one of only 100 students nationwide to be offered the J-100 U.S. Air Force Junior ROTC Character in Leadership Scholarship. Should she accept, she will receive four years full tuition, housing and a book and Cadet stipend at any college that offers a U.S. Air Force ROTC program. The Class of 2021 came back to SJA on October 28th to receive their yearbooks, and enjoy some pizza, stories, and laughs. Several staff and past teachers also attended. This included a return visit from Sister Préscille and Sister Jeanne. It was wonderful to hear where the journey is taking each of our most recent graduates. 

Congratulations to Jennifer (Dumais) Gryckiewicz '94 and her husband, Jonathan, on the birth of their son, Andrew Francis Gryckiewicz. Maybe the next Sugar Coated Bakery chef??

Rileigh Armstrong '13 has been admitted to the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry for the Fall 2021 semester. Rileigh will be pursuing a Master's degree in Theology and Ministry. 

Congratulations to Katerina Kalabokis '06 on her recent election to the Tyngsborough Board of Selectmen. Katerina, a local attorney, was the top vote-getter in the  June 15th election. Enjoy this part of your journey Katerina.

Congratulations to Arnav Lele '20 for supporting the DECA team at Central Catholic High School as they climbed the ranks ultimately culminating with 2nd place and top ten wins!

We are so proud of Charles Gualtieri, Jr. '11 who received his Master’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts Amherst this month. Also, of Connor Porell '08 who received his Master's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute this month.  Way to go!

Congratulations to Jeffrey Morrissette '05, his wife Amanda, and big sister, Rylee on the new addition to the family! Colton arrived in October 2020.
